Breakfast Strawberry/Blueberry smoothie (w/ 8 oz. pomegranate juice, one scoop CB Reds, one scoop CB whey protein little almond milk, ice) bacon and 3 eggs

Lunch Carrino's Chicken Skilletini - Made exactly the same as normal but substitute steamed vegetables for the pasta. Substituted mushrooms for the green peppers, and onions. Salad (no cheese or croutons) and no bread. Water
***This was FABULOUS!!!*** Have them prepare it the same as always but make the substitutions and serve it in the skillet!
Snack none
Dinner Taco Soup - ground beef, chopped zuchinni, squash, ranch style beans, rotel tomatoes, taco seasoning. Iced Tea / truvia
